1.1 Photo Library Access

To provide photo and video management services, the App requires access to your device's photo library. We use this access to:

• Display your photos and videos within the App.
• Organize and manage your albums.
• Allow you to select media for AI analysis or video creation.

1.2 Metadata and EXIF Data

The App reads metadata embedded in your photos (such as date taken, camera model, and GPS coordinates).

• Location Data: If your photos contain GPS coordinates, we use a geocoding service to display the location name. This processing is performed as you view individual photo details.

1.3 AI Chat, Video Generation, and Image Processing

When you use AI-powered features:

• Text Input: We collect the messages you type to provide responses.
• Image Analysis: If you select photos to analyze, the App compresses and sends these specific images to our AI service provider (Tencent Cloud Hunyuan API) for processing.
• Video Creation: When you use the video generator, your selected photos and background music are uploaded to Tencent Cloud Media Processing Service (MPS) to synthesize the final video.
• Processing Logs: We may maintain a local history of your video generation tasks for your convenience.

1.4 Local Storage

We use shared_preferences to store your app settings, such as album display order and volume preferences, locally on your device.

2. How We Use Information

• Service Provision: To display, filter, and organize your media.
• AI Features: To generate text descriptions, answer questions about your photos, or provide photography advice via the Tencent Cloud Hunyuan AI model.
• Experience Optimization: To remember your sorting and display preferences.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

3.1 Cloud Service Providers (Tencent Cloud)

For AI-powered analysis and video generation, the content you provide (text, selected images, and audio) is transmitted to Tencent Cloud (Hunyuan AI and Media Processing Service). Tencent's handling of this data is subject to their own privacy policy. We do not use your media for any purpose other than providing the specific services you requested.

3.2 Geocoding Services

We use system-level or third-party geocoding plugins to convert coordinates into addresses. This involves sending coordinates to a service provider to retrieve the location name.

4. Data Security

• Local Processing: Most photo management and sorting happen locally on your device.
• Encryption: Data transmitted to AI services is sent over secure (HTTPS) connections.
• Minimal Retention: We do not maintain a remote database of your personal photos. Your media remains on your device or in your cloud storage (e.g., iCloud/Google Photos) as managed by your OS.

5. Your Choices and Controls

• Permissions: You can grant or revoke photo library access at any time through your device system settings.
• Selection-Based: Only the photos you explicitly select and submit to the AI Chat are shared with the AI service provider.
